Confirm the query subject
Check which identifier was submitted and what the bot recognised. Phone, username and name results have different contexts. If the original input is wrong, even a detailed response may concern another subject.
Separate the fields
Distinguish matching values, additional information and fields without a source. Confidence in one matching field should not extend automatically to the whole report. Length alone says nothing about evidential quality.
Draw a limited conclusion
State what is supported, what conflicts with other information and what remains unknown. This is more useful than simply saying a person was found. When evidence is insufficient, uncertainty is a valid outcome.
